Customer should initiate return and refund policy within 5 days of receiving of the product.
Return is only eligible if the product received is damaged, leaking, expired, incorrect product delivery.
Product should be unused and plastic seal shouldn’t be opened.
Once we receive the products back, we will inspect them, if your return and refund is approved we will initiate the process of refund by original method of payment.
You will receive the refund in 10 working days.

Login into your Papapawsome account, go to orders and proceed with return option.
For Guest Users
Write a mail to papa.pawsome@gmail.com , with all the order details (Customer name, order number, contact details, reasons for return etc). Also contact on 9372531028.
